Shipping within Australia:
We offer free domestic shipping on all orders totaling $150 or more. Orders below $150 will be required to pay our standard shipping rate of $10.00.
Shipping Internationally:
We offer free international shipping on orders totalling $300 or more. Standard shipping is calculated at checkout and based on the items in your cart. Upon receiving shipments it is the customer's responsibility to pay the import and customs duties and fees that have incurred as a result of the shipment.
Processing & Delivery Times
Orders typically ship from our studio QLD Australia in 2-3 business days.
During times of high volume such as sales or collection launches, orders may take up to 7 days to process. We appreciate your patience as we work to get your new Castaway pieces to you as soon as possible!
